He taught a course on entrepreneurship at Columbia for four years with Ken Lerer, the co-founder of Huffington Post, chairman of Buzzfeed and co-founder of venture firm LererHippeau. In 2015, Fast Company named him one of the 100 most creative people in business and in 2010, he was named one of the 35 most influential people in social media by the Poynter Institute. In 2014, he was named most influential CDO by CDO Club.

Elizabeth Rosenberg

is Project Assistant for NEMO – Network of European Museum Organisations.  Elizabeth has been involved in a variety of cultural and political organisations and projects and currently contributes to the Museums for Future initiative, engaging museums in their support of the youth-led Fridays for Future movement. She studied political science with a focus in governance, policy and law at California State University Long Beach and earned her MA studying the political economy of European integration at the Berlin School of Economics and Law, in both instances dedicating her political science research to the impact of cultural policies. Passionate about the role of cultural institutions in achieving social and climate justice, she is committed to advocating for museums at the Network of European Museum Organisations.
 

Eleonora Lorenzini -

Osservatorio Innovazione digitale nei beni e attività culturali, Politecnico di Milano 

Eleonora Lorenzini dal 2017 è Direttore degli Osservatori Innovazione Digitale nei Beni e Attività Culturali, Innovazione Digitale nel Turismo e Business Travel della School of Management del Politecnico di Milano. Prima di avviare la collaborazione con gli Osservatori Digital Innovation nel 2015, ha conseguito la laurea in Economia per le Arti, la Cultura e la Comunicazione presso l’Università Bocconi, un Dottorato di Ricerca in Economia della Produzione e dello Sviluppo presso l’Università dell’Insubria ed è stata ricercatrice presso varie istituzioni tra cui Università di Pavia e Istituto Regionale di Ricerca della Regione Lombardia. Autrice di numerose pubblicazioni scientifiche, dal 2004 si occupa di ricerca applicata e progetti di sviluppo negli ambiti del Turismo e della Cultura, svolgendo anche attività di docenza presso istituzioni universitarie e relazioni a Convegni nazionali e internazionali.

Nancy Proctor è la direttrice del Peale Center for Baltimore History and Architecture, il più antico edificio destinato a museo degli Stati Uniti, attualmente in fase di restauro. È inoltre co-presidente di MuseWeb (precedentemente Museums and the Web), no profit statunitense che favorisce l’adozione di modelli di business inediti, strategie di comunicazione inclusive e tecnologie sempre più trasparenti nelle istituzioni che si occupano di tutelare e diffondere la cultura.

Agnès Abastado, member of the acting board, has been appointed AVICOM Ambassador for francophone Africa. After 7 years spent in a museum in Paris, she is currently working in Senegal for Digital Africa, a French collaborative initiative promoting African innovation and entrepreneurship through the continent.
